And I feel SO bad, because I just realized I didn’t have a mirror in this room! Horrible Bed and Breakfast I am running here:) Now I should get family to come back now they can see what they look like. If you are a reader on my blog or Instagram you know this family room of ours is also a guest room. And if you believe in “energy” in your home the mirror bounces the energy right out the front door! bye, bye! It is kind of alarming to see your face and not the most welcoming for guests. Mirror Tip– You don’t want to put a mirror in a spot that you see right when you walk in your home. I like to keep the surface of the dresser (our entry piece) pretty clear of clutter so the mirror pairs nicely. Not to mention how nice it is to have a mirror by the front door to check your teeth before you answer the door. Lastly tied the gold mirror in with my favorite gold pillow! Boom! I like my room again, thank you Target.Įasy as that a brand new look thanks to a $49 Target Mirror and $29 throw! I flipped my navy bordered duvet and pillows around so now you only see the white side. Next I added THIS blanket to the end of my bed. Then I moved the art that was above my bed to my front room. See it there over on the right? Here is the game I played…I had those hats in that spot. Just to show you all the endless places you could put one of these mirrors in your home. Of course I took pictures of all of the places I tried this glorious Target Mirror. For example you probably notice my white dipped stools all over my house, no I do not move them around for pictures. And I have a thing with buying pairs of things. Because I can’t deprive one space in my house of it. But the problem blessing was that it literally looked good every where. I could not wait to get said glorious gold mirror hung on my wall. So we went for a doll and walked away with a throw, bananas, whatever else my kids threw in the cart when I wasn’t looking and the most glorious gold mirror EVER! We went last week because we bribed our 6 year old who just had her tonsils out that if she took her medicine (at 2 in the morning) we would buy her a doll. So obviously I am saving $1000 a month now:) I actually do make it about twice a month. ![]() Where we used to live the closest Target was 4 minutes away. ![]() I really don’t like driving too far, I buy everything online. The closest Target is 20 minutes away (by freeway)! Now I know that sounds close to some of you, but not for me.
